How To Begin Working With Us

1. Fill Out An Application

It should take about five minutes to complete an application. Our services are so personalized that we can’t know how we can help without this information.

2. Schedule a Call

For most, the next step is to have a 15 minute call with someone from our team to get an idea of your hopes. From here we begin determining what possible creative solutions that we might apply to your unique situation. This helps us begin talking with investors, file legal documents, etc… that might need to happen urgently.

3. Meet With an Expert

At this point, we connect you to the appropriate expert on our team. This will be a relational individual who knows the in’s and out’s of housing solutions. By the end of this consultation you'll have an idea of a tentative plan and whether you’d like to use more of our services.
