Misty’s Story

When my mother-in-law passed away in 2021 she left us her home. It was older and needed major repair. We had been trying to continue making the mortgage payments but were struggling…the cost for repairs was beyond our reach.

We seriously thought about just giving it back to the bank and cutting our losses. Larry stepped in and was able to take care of repairs, along with upgrades. His team took a worn down old place and created a beautiful home. Larry protected and increased the value of our inheritance. In the end we made a good profit.
